Ekam Yoga was founded by Yogacharya Dhakaramji Sapkota and Mr Sampriti Singhvi at Jaipur in 2018. Yogacharya Dhakaramji Sapkota earlier founded YogaPeace Sanstha at Jaipur in 1998. Both the institutes complement each other well where YogaPeace specialises in grooming young trainers in a variety of classes and workshops while EkamYoga takes the teachings to the yoga practioners through its chain of studios spread across Bharat. Our studios are thoughtfully designed—hygienic, serene, and fully equipped with expert trainers and premium yoga props—offering an ideal space for practitioners of all levels. YogaPeace and EkamYoga together have been a trusted name in yoga for over 25 years, dedicated to promoting wellness and mindfulness.
Enter the studio to take a gentle pause from the outside world. The décor is minimal, the textures are warm, and earthy tones create a grounding atmosphere that helps you feel instantly at ease. The quiet hum of stillness, interrupted only by the rhythm of breath and mindful movement, allows you to turn inward without distraction.
In such a space, time seems to soften. You are not rushed or overwhelmed—you are simply present. It becomes a sanctuary where the body relaxes, the mind unwinds, and a deep sense of inner peace naturally unfolds.
A routine session here does not mean just a random sequence of poses but is thoughtfully designed with a clear purpose. Every element – movement, breath, pace, and pause is selected to serve a specific outcome for the practitioners in the room. Every class begins with an intentional theme, such as stress relief, spine care, flexibility, strength building, or deep relaxation. The warm-up prepares the body for what follows, the asanas progress in a logical flow, and the breathing practices are chosen to support the physical work. Transitions are smooth, allowing students to stay present rather than rushed. By the end of the class, students don’t just feel tired they feel balanced, purposeful, and restored, because the experience was intentionally crafted to guide them there.
